Slideshows

Make image slideshows from a saved slide format.

Slideshows are still images in a row, from a slide format the founder saved in the app. 25 credits each, like a video.

They need their own setup: the app's profile and 5 images (photos about the app or brand, not the app icon). No demos or reaction. GET /me shows it as setup.slideshows; until it is ready, making one answers 422 setup_incomplete with detail.gate: "slideshows".

Find a format

curl https://getuser.app/api/v1/slide-formats -H "Authorization: Bearer $GETUSER_API_KEY"
{
  "data": [{ "id": "…", "name": "5 reasons", "size": "portrait", "slides": 6, "hooks": 3, "language": "en", "created_at": "…" }],
  "next_cursor": null
}

Make one

curl https://getuser.app/api/v1/slideshows \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $GETUSER_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -H "Idempotency-Key: $(uuidgen)" \
  -d '{ "format_id": "…", "slides": "auto" }'

slides is how many slides in all, the first and last included (2–12), or "auto" (the default). The text is written from the founder's app profile. The answer is { "id": "…", "status": "queued" }.

Make several

POST /slideshows/batch takes { "format_id": "…", "count": 5 } (1–20) and makes that many from one format, each with the format's own number of slides, as the Batch page does. It answers like POST /videos: { "batch_id", "videos", "refused", "credits_held" }.

Get the images

GET /slideshows/{id} returns the same fields as a video, plus slides ([{ "url": "…" }], one per slide once ready) and zip (a name and the files to put in it). Links last one hour.
