Disconnect
Take Getuser out of Claude or ChatGPT.
In Getuser
Open Settings › Connect to AI. Under Connected, find Claude or ChatGPT and click Disconnect. It stops at once: the next time the chat tries to use Getuser, it is asked to connect again.
In Claude or ChatGPT
You can also remove the connector on their side:
- Claude: Settings › Connectors › Getuser › Remove.
- ChatGPT: Settings › Apps & Connectors › Getuser › Delete.
Removing it there hides Getuser from the chat. To be sure nothing can reach your account, disconnect in Getuser as well.
Videos already made
Disconnecting does not touch your videos. Everything the chat made stays in Getuser.
