When credits are taken
Credits are set aside when a video starts and taken when it is ready. If a video fails or you cancel it while it waits, the credits come back.
When you run out
The chat tells you how many credits a request needs and how many you have. Nothing is made, and nothing is charged. Credits come back with your plan's next period, or you can upgrade on the pricing page.

Your credits page in Getuser lists every video. Videos made through Claude or ChatGPT are marked "via an AI app".
