Top-ups, for Pro and Max
500 credits for Rp39.000, or 2,500 credits for Rp179.000 / $25. They last 12 months, and stay yours if you move to a lower plan or cancel.
Founding price
Pro at Rp99.000 / $12 a month for 12 months, for beta users and the first 100 paying customers: 130 seats at most. The end date is announced on the first day and never extended.

- What it really costs, usually a few credits. You see the price and its maximum before you press, and never pay more than that maximum.
- Posting, uploads, edits, previews, planning, scheduling, downloads, library captions, and rendering an expired video again
- Free, within the plan’s limits
- Paid plans get their credits every month on the day you subscribed, yearly plans included. Free gets 30 credits a day at 00:00 WIB, up to 300 a calendar month.
- Plan credits left at the reset don’t carry over. Top-up credits last 12 months and are used after your plan’s credits.
- Failures are never charged: credits are held when something starts and come back on their own if it fails. A hold lets go after 2 hours.
- Deleting a video doesn’t give its credits back.
- No overage charges and no automatic top-ups. When your credits run out, scheduled posts still go out.
- What an action costs never goes up during a period you’ve paid for. If it has to, we tell you at least 30 days ahead, and it applies from your next renewal.
- Credits aren’t money: they can’t be cashed out or transferred.
What each plan includes
An upload you haven’t used for its plan’s time is deleted, with a warning 7 days before. A finished video stays longer while a scheduled post still needs it, and after that you can render it again for free.
Deleting a video, an upload or your account removes its files at once.
Pricing questions
What does a video cost?
A video is 25 credits and so is a slideshow, captions not included. AI writing, such as a caption for every platform at once, costs what it really costs, and you see the price before you press. On Pro, 2,500 credits make about 60 videos with captions, more if you write less with AI.
What happens to beta users when paid plans start?
We’ll email you at least 30 days before paid plans start, with a founding price for beta users. Nothing is charged unless you pick a plan; if you don’t, you move to Free. The plans, prices and limits on this page may still change before then.
Can I cancel?
During the beta there’s nothing to cancel: no card, no charge. On a paid plan you cancel in two clicks and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. We email you 7 days before a yearly plan renews.
Do you give refunds?
Monthly: cancel any time and keep the plan to the end of the month. Yearly: a full refund within 14 days if you used less than 10% of the credits; after that, the months not yet started are refunded pro rata. Unused top-ups are refunded if we close Getuser or your account without a breach on your side. Your rights as a consumer under the law always apply.
Can I pay in rupiah?
Yes, once paid plans start. In Indonesia you pay the rupiah price with Indonesian payment methods such as QRIS, bank transfer (virtual account), GoPay or card, paying ahead for 1, 3 or 12 months. Outside Indonesia you pay the dollar price.
Can prices change?
We announce any price change at least 30 days ahead, and it applies from your next renewal; active customers keep their price for at least 12 months. Dollar prices are fixed. Rupiah prices are reviewed every 6 months and change only for new customers.
