- Terms of ServiceThe agreement between you and Moh Novalidyon Arileone Prayoda, who runs Getuser. It explains what Getuser does, what you may do with the videos you make, and what each of us is responsible for.
- Privacy PolicyHow Getuser handles personal data: what we collect, why, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the Getuser website and app at https://getuser.app, and is written for Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), the EU and UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws.
- Acceptable Use PolicyThe rules for what you may make with Getuser and how you may use the videos, including the rules for AI personas. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
- AI & Synthetic Media DisclosureWhat in a Getuser video is made with AI, how Getuser videos are marked, and what you must do when you post them, so that the people who watch your videos are never misled.
- Copyright, likeness and takedownHow to tell us that content made with Getuser infringes your copyright, your portrait or likeness, or that an AI persona looks like you, and how users can respond. We review every notice and reply within set times.
- Cookie NoticeWhat Getuser stores in your browser, and why. In short: a cookie that keeps you signed in, a short-lived one while you connect a social media account, two small cookies that remember the language and theme you pick (only if you pick one), and, while you edit a video, a draft kept on your own device. If we switch on Cloudflare’s bot check, it also runs on the sign-up and password reset forms. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
- SubprocessorsThe companies that process personal data for Getuser: what each one does, what data it sees, where, and how the transfer is protected. Current providers are in use today; the others are listed in advance and receive data only when their status says so. The platforms you can post to through Getuser, which are not subprocessors, are listed at the end.
